Joanna Dukkipati is a writer, founder of Good Day Cork, and a PhD researcher in inclusive digital services based in Ireland. Born in India and now navigating third-culture parenting abroad, she explores migration, ethnic food stores as cultural lifelines, and the decolonising of language and accent bias. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in gathering voices, collective leadership, and stepping back so others can step forward.
