Marie Truchassou

Marie Truchassou is a French global mobility HR consultant and the founder of My Expat Compass and Forwards International HR. She is one of only two people in France to hold both the GPHRi and SPHRi certifications in international HR, and she lived and worked as a solo expat in India before advising organisations on how to do mobility right. Her work centres on contract negotiation, repatriation leverage, and the invisible labour of expat partners.
