Returns and Exchange Policy

You acknowledge that these terms of exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.

We do not undertake alterations for the merchandise.

For any exchange of sizes, we must receive the merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you.

We do not provide refund on any goods sold.

To exchange an item, the customer must write to us at mailto:info@rootedandrouted.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails (Monday to Saturday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to exchange are as follows:-

Our exchange policy is however subject to the following:

(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and would be sent back to the customer.

(b) Products  should be tried on without removing the tag.

(c) Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item or product, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site.  However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

(d) All custom made orders are non-exchangable and non-refundable.

(e) Once an order has been placed there shall be no refund done, credit notes will be provided.
